Associate degree applied science: Culinary Arts Vision: My vision/ objective is to ceaselessly pursue creative execution and competitive insight in the field of culinary arts and hospitality, fueled by a passion of advocating seasonality and sustainability within our food, along with organic fellowship around the table. Leading our chefs on the education of food and its importance, while mentoring them as leaders in the kitchen. My personal interest include time with my family, sculpting, exploring food, cycling, menu development, traveling with my wife Kaleigh and daughter Evelyn, bringing people together around the table with good food and solid fellowship. I’m a strong believer of surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals allowing for creativity and teamwork to fuel the task at hand. Also being open to critical feedback and making a pivot in the moment for the success of our future as an enterprise.
