LAPEER STEAK & SEAFOOD

Lapeer is a chef inspired steak and seafood concept with a cozy boutique modern vibe.  

The menu will include premium cuts of beef including prime, certified Angus, America Wagyu and reserved dry aged steaks. Our seasonal approach will have a mixture of classic, yet innovative creations as well as some steakhouse staples.  We source our fresh seafood and day boat fish from the gulf and east coast and offer a regular rotating selection of fresh oysters.  

Desserts are all made fresh in house by Maven Restaurant Group’s pastry chef, who focuses on using high quality ingredients including decadent rich chocolate varieties, organic flours, free range eggs and local produce.  Recent inspiration has been drawn from steakhouse classics but elevated with a twist. The pastry team also creates savory items for the dinner menu like benne crackers, oyster crackers as well as our famous pillowy soft dinner rolls, which begin your meal at Lapeer. And as always, every meal is finished with one of our house made sea salt caramels. 

A well balanced by the glass list offering 10 whites and 10 reds with a focus on new world varietals. An extensive reserve list driven by full bodied California cabs and red blends, backed with a solid mix of old world Italian and French varietals such as Barolo and Cab Franc.

Our cocktail list does homage to the boozy stirred drinks of the early 20th century. The cocktail list features classics such as the Vieux Carre and ever popular old fashioned along with Lapeer originals such as the “Hear me Out” with bourbon, rye, cynar, yellow chartreuse and Benedictine and the tiki driven Char-Swizzle with overproof rum, green chartreuse, pineapple and lime.
